🌿 CMAAA 1.0 & 2.0 – Cheque Distribution Ceremony 🌿

On 17 September 2026, a cheque distribution ceremony under CMAAA 1.0 & 2.0 was organised at Srimanta Shankar Dev Prekshya Griha, Borgang, under the Behali Co-District Administration.

The programme was graced by the presence of:

• Hon’ble Member of Parliament, Sri Ranjit Dutta
• Hon’ble MLA, Behali Legislative Assembly Constituency, Sri Munindra Das
• Co-District Commissioner, Behali, Smt. Kabita Kakati Kownar, ACS

The cheque distribution programme was held following the address by the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Assam, Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma, which was delivered via live streaming from Jyoti Bishnu Prekshyagriha, Guwahati.

The event marked an important occasion for extending financial assistance to beneficiaries under CMAAA 1.0 & 2.0, reaffirming the commitment to inclusive development and supporting eligible beneficiaries across the state.

Historic First CDLAC Meeting Held at Behali Co-District

Today, 9th September 2026, the first-ever CDLAC (Co-District Level Development Advisory Committee) meeting was held at the Behali Co-District Conference Hall under the Behali Co-District Administration.

The meeting was held in the gracious presence of Hon’ble MP Shri Ranjit Dutta, along with Co-District Commissioner, Behali, Srimati Kabita Kakati Kownar, ACS, Miss Pankhi Hazarika, ACS, Assistant Commissioner, Behali, and the Circle Officers of Behali, Helem and Biswanath.

The meeting marked an important step towards strengthening coordinated development and effective administration in the Behali Co-District, with discussions focused on development priorities and the welfare of the people.

A significant milestone for Behali Co-District Administration and a positive step towards inclusive and people-centric development. 🇮🇳

ড° ভূপেন হাজৰিকাৰ কণ্ঠত কেৱল গান নাছিল—আছিল মানৱতাৰ বাণী, অসমীয়া জাতিৰ আত্মপৰিচয় আৰু বিশ্বভাতৃত্বৰ এক শক্তিশালী আহ্বান। তেওঁৰ অমৰ সৃষ্টি আৰু কালজয়ী সংগীতে আজিও প্ৰতিগৰাকী অসমীয়াৰ হৃদয় স্পৰ্শ কৰি আহিছে।

তেওঁৰ জন্ম শতবৰ্ষৰ এই পৱিত্ৰ ক্ষণত মহান শিল্পীগৰাকীক গভীৰ শ্ৰদ্ধাৰে স্মৰণ কৰিছোঁ।

দেশৰ ৮০ সংখ্যক স্বাধীনতা দিৱস উপলক্ষে আজি পুৱা ৮:১৫ বজাত বৰগাংস্থিত ত্ৰিমূৰ্তি উদ্যানত থকা স্বাধীনতা সংগ্ৰামী ছবিলাল উপাধ্যায়, বগীৰাম শইকীয়া আৰু মোলান শৰ্মাৰ আৱক্ষ মূৰ্তিত পুষ্পাঞ্জলি অৰ্পণ কৰে শোণিতপুৰ লোকসভা সমষ্টিৰ সন্মানীয় সাংসদ শ্ৰীযুত ৰঞ্জিত দত্ত ডাঙৰীয়াই।

ইয়াৰ পিছত পুৱা ৮:৩০ বজাত বিহালীস্থিত বীৰ শ্বহীদ বীৰছা মুণ্ডাদেৱৰ প্ৰতিমূৰ্তিত পুষ্পাঞ্জলি অৰ্পণ কৰে বিহালী বিধানসভা সমষ্টিৰ সন্মানীয় বিধায়ক শ্ৰীযুত মুনিন্দ্ৰ দাস ডাঙৰীয়াই।

On 25.01.2026, a cheque distribution ceremony under the scheme “Mukhya Mantri Ati Kali Duti Pat” was held at Borgang T.E. Field under the Behali Co-District Administration, in cooperation with the ALRMS Department.
The programme was graced by the presence of Hon’ble Member of Parliament, 11 No. Sonitpur Parliamentary Constituency, Shri Ranjit Dutta, Hon’ble MLA, Behali, Shri Diganta Ghatowar, Deputy Commissioner, Biswanath, Co-District Commissioner, Behali, Assistant Commissioner, Behali, along with other distinguished dignitaries.
The programme commenced with a live streaming of Hon’ble Chief Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma from the Dum Duma cheque distribution public meeting.
