Elon Musk has introduced an ambitious concept to tackle global warming through a network of AI operated satellites designed to reflect a portion of the Sun’s rays before they reach Earth. The project aims to lower global temperatures and counter the effects of climate change through a process known as geoengineering.

Scientists are divided on the idea. Some view it as a groundbreaking step toward climate innovation, while others caution that interfering with sunlight could disrupt weather patterns and ecosystems in unpredictable ways.

Though still theoretical, the proposal reflects a growing urgency to find large scale solutions for a rapidly warming planet and raises the question of whether humanity should use technology to correct the very crisis it created.

Japanese researchers at Kyoto University have invented a tiny, coin-sized generator that creates electricity from thin air.

The device uses a special layered nanofilm to absorb water v***r from the atmosphere and convert it into a steady electric current.

Unlike solar or wind power, this generator works 24 hours a day, indoors or outdoors, without needing sunlight or wind.

It has already been successfully tested in rice paddies in Southeast Asia, powering sensors for months.

With no moving parts and the ability to work anywhere with humidity, it offers a durable, clean energy solution for remote locations.

Imagine downloading a full-length 4K movie in just a few seconds—that could soon be a reality. A groundbreaking 6G chip developed by scientists in China and the U.S. has achieved internet speeds exceeding 100 gigabits per second (Gbps), which is 10 times faster than 5G's theoretical maximum and nearly 500 times faster than its typical real-world speeds.

The compact chip, measuring only 11 millimeters by 1.7 millimeters, operates across an "ultrabroadband" frequency range from 0.5 GHz to 115 GHz. This wide spectrum is managed using an electro-optic modulator that converts radio signals into optical signals, and optoelectronic oscillators that generate radio frequencies within the ultra-wide band. This innovative design allows the chip to handle nine different radio bands simultaneously, a feat that usually requires multiple components.

While 6G networks aren't expected to roll out until the 2030s, this development lays the groundwork for future advancements in wireless technology. The increased speeds will be crucial for supporting the growing demands of ultra-high-definition streaming and the integration of artificial intelligence into everyday devices.
