Poster Making Competition (Vidyanjali Awareness)
To create awareness about the Vidyanjali Programme, a Poster Making Competition was organized in the school. Students participated enthusiastically and presented their ideas creatively through posters. They were briefed about the objectives and importance of the programme, which helped them better understand their role in supporting quality education.

Under the Vidyanjali initiative, GMSSS 22A school organized an awareness rally to encourage community participation in strengthening education. The rally aimed to inform people about the importance of volunteering in schools and contributing to children’s learning and development. Students enthusiastically marched through nearby areas, raising meaningful slogans and spreading positive messages about quality education. Pamphlets explaining the objectives, benefits, and registration process of Vidyanjali were also distributed among residents. The activity witnessed active involvement from teachers and community members. This initiative helped build awareness and inspired citizens to come forward and support the mission of creating a brighter future for our children.

Parminder Tangri Anupam Singh Today, a Vidyanjali Awareness Programme was organized at GMSSS 22A, Chandigarh, where SMC members were introduced to the Ministry of Education’s initiative of the Government of India. The session highlighted the objectives and significance of the Vidyanjali programme and also explained the process through which interested individuals can register as volunteers and contribute to the initiative.

*7 Day & Night NSS Special Camp, GMSSS-22A*

Under the able guidance of *our worthy Principal, Mrs. Anita Dhawan* , the 7 Day & Night NSS Special Camp was successfully concluded today.

Throughout these seven days, the NSS volunteers participated enthusiastically in all the programmes and activities. They actively took part in various indoor and outdoor activities, cleanliness drives, awareness programmes, and school-based initiatives, showing great dedication, discipline, and team spirit.

The closing ceremony was held with great enthusiasm and positive energy. *The arrival of our Chief Guest, the State Liaison Officer, Dr. Nemi Chand Ji* filled the volunteers with excitement and motivation. He graced the occasion and delivered an inspiring and thought-provoking address to the NSS volunteers, highlighting the importance, objectives, and core values of the National Service Scheme.

In his speech, Dr. Nemi Chand Ji emphasized that NSS is not merely a platform to earn certificates or academic credit, but a movement to develop selfless service and social responsibility among youth. He encouraged the volunteers to associate with NSS with sincerity and dedication, and to work for society without expecting rewards in return. His words ignited a sense of enthusiasm and responsibility among the volunteers, motivating them to act as disciplined, aware, and responsible citizens who contribute positively to the nation and the community.
