Sh. Barinder Kumar Goyal, Hon’ble Soil and Water Conservation Minister today launched North India’s first ever Central Pivot Irrigation Project at PAU Ludhiana executed by Soil nd Water Conservation Deptt nd financially assisted by NABARD. This will be a milestone in modernisation of irrigation system besides help localisation of this technology to reduce costs.
