Unemployment should not be a natural consequence of automation, and certain worker protections can ensure that automation does not leave workers without any livelihood.

We demand:
1. Scrapping of new labour codes that make negotiation impossible
2. Reduction in working hours + rights while working from home
3. Provision of unemployment benefits.

The bottomline is this: A united workforce can ensure that automation is a humane process. A divided workforce allows automation to trample upon worker rights.
