🚆❄️ A New Milestone for Chennai Division’s AC EMU Services! 🎉

Chennai Division of Southern Railway has recorded its highest-ever monthly AC EMU patronage, with 1,24,263 passengers travelling in May 2026 on the Chennai Beach–Tambaram–Chengalpattu corridor.

Comfortable, reliable and time-efficient travel continues to make AC EMU services the preferred choice for daily commuters. 🚉

In order to further enhance operational efficiency and improve commuter suburban services, the timings of suburban train services in the – – section have been revised with effect from 01.06.2026 (Monday).

The revised weekday timetable (Monday to Saturday) is furnished in Annexure A, and the revised timetable for Sunday services is furnished in Annexure B.

Changes in Origination/Termination of the below mentioned Unreserved MEMU trains from Tirupati to Tiruchanur on temporary basis and is extended for a further period from 30th May to 06th June 2026.
