EduONE Update
We were privileged to have Sisyphus, a Cybersecurity Expert, join us for an engaging and informative session on pursuing careers in cybersecurity and IT.
The session was highly interactive, and the girls who participated showed great enthusiasm and curiosity. We’re delighted to share that following the session, nearly 30 girls expressed their interest in pursuing further studies and careers in cybersecurity and the IT sector!
A heartfelt thank you to Sisyphus for taking the time to share valuable insights and inspire our students to explore opportunities in this growing field.
EduONE is an initiative of the Dr. John Joseph Foundation, dedicated to providing career guidance to community children studying at Auxilium School, Chetpet.
We are sincerely grateful to our sponsors – Santosh, Sashi, and Sneha – for their continued support in making this project possible.

Sir Stanley Matthews Coaching
We at the Dr. John Joseph Foundation are deeply saddened by the passing of Mr. Matthew Gough, Owner and Director of the Sir Stanley Matthews Foundation.
Matthew was more than a leader in the field of sports philanthropy; he was a man of great kindness, vision and generosity. He believed deeply in using sport as a tool for change, hope and opportunity. Through his efforts, our Project Gamecorp(Sports Development for the underprivileged children)received invaluable support via Onside Soccer, United Kingdom allowing us to touch the lives of many children in Chennai, India.
We honour his memory with gratitude, and we extend our heartfelt condolences to his family, friends and colleagues.
Matthew Gough’s life reminds us that one person’s generosity can ripple across nations and transform lives. We will always remember him with respect and appreciation.
Thank you Matthew for all you have done for us!

In today’s activity, the Dr. John Joseph Foundation carried out an emotionally-rich activity as one of the initiatives of its project “Akshayam” at the community of Samidaspuram, Aspiran Garden, Kilpauk, Chennai with a special focus on the children staying there. The project was initiated considering the nutritional requirements of poor children and infusing an ambiance of care, belonging, and hope among the children around this community.
The day began with a hearty get-together with the kids, who bubbled with enthusiasm and cheer. They were given a warm welcome by Pradeep our Foundation coach, who ensured that all the kids felt equally welcome. They were served a delicious Chicken Biryani for the kids. It was rather emotional listening to one kid request if he could serve some extra so he may have it home and feed it to his mom. We even observed older people in and around this neighborhood enjoying over this food.
“Akshayam” is an epithet meaning that which never diminishes and is a reflection of the Foundation’s philosophy that love, kindness, and service are multiplied upon sharing. The Dr. John Joseph Foundation would also like to thank all the volunteers, supporters and wishers without whom the day would not have been possible. Special gratitude to Dr. Vijaya Ganesh for being with us in this venture. Immense thanks to Pradeep, Tinku and Pinku and also the staff behind the cooking team.

We are super excited to announce the inauguration of the Edu One Career Guidance Program of Dr John Joseph Foundation at Auxilium School, Chennai.
This initiative is designed to support students of Classes 9 to 12 studying in Government and Government-aided schools. The program will offer regular career guidance sessions, led by expert trainers and guest speakers, helping young minds to explore and shape their future pathways.
A heartfelt thanks to and for their generous support in making this project possible for the financial year 2025–2026.
We are especially grateful to Sister Jacqueline, Headmistress of Auxilium School, for warmly welcoming this initiative and recognizing its potential to benefit not just the students of the school, but also children from nearby communities. She has also requested that counselling support be integrated into the program—and we’re hopeful to include this valuable component soon.
We’re excited to have Joshua Appanraj on board as the trainer who will be leading the sessions and inspiring the next generation of learners.
Together, let’s continue to empower, guide, and support our youth toward brighter futures. 🌱✨
