Job Description
Our Client is searching for an experienced Auditor to join our Internal Audit team. We are looking for an individual proficient in Sarbanes & will support our overall audit objectives. In this position, you will be supporting the risk assessment, design, and testing ex*****on of Client’s Internal Controls Framework. You will contribute to the organization by strengthening risk mitigation efforts and building partnerships with process owners within the business. You will also support external audit procedures performed by PwC.
Responsibilities:
• You will assist with maintaining the Internal Controls Assessment Program (iCap) including review of narrative documentation and annual risk assessment / audit planning.
• Evaluate design and operating effectiveness of internal (SOX) controls by performing audit procedures in accordance with audit objectives and audit programs.
• Develop conclusions based on objective evidence and formulate recommendations to address control weaknesses.
• Provide visible leadership, dedicated support, and mentorship to process owners.
• Make valuable contributions to and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the audit function by leading best practices for standards and procedures.
• Work with outside auditors to support the external audit function.
• Provides team members with guidance and feedback and actively engages in coaching and mentoring.
Education & Experience:
• Individual will possess a B.S. degree in Finance or Accounting from a four Client year college or university.
• A minimum of 3 years of related audit experience is required.
• Ability to analyze processes and internal controls to improve control effectiveness and efficiency.
• Autonomy to work independently on assigned projects, efficiently time manage completion dates, and make sound auditor discernment with a high standard of ethics under moderate to minimal level of direct supervision.
• Highly developed interpersonal skills, time management, and issue resolution skills.
• Able to present audit findings and recommendations in a manner that will be understood and accepted by all responsible parties.

Job Description
The Business Analyst focus will be on Finance and BI. This position must possess outstanding skills in the JDE Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Costing) as well as a sound understanding of business intelligence and visualization processes. In order to be successful this candidate must also be a seasoned communicator and interviewer, capable of directing conversations and probing both explicit and implicit needs and expectations to curate accurate documentation that aids in the delivery process.
In this role the BA must demonstrate the ability to identify and outline business needs in concert with Finance and Accounting team members and then determine approaches to solving the business problems via process, technology and training. These solutions will take the form of a combination of approaches from business process improvements, organizational change, strategic planning, software configuration and/or customization.
Principal functional responsibilities:
• Partner with functional teams in the development of simplified/lean process improvements or operating practices which best utilize the systems to improve quality, increase productivity, and support business goals.
• Act as the functional change agent by creating a sense of purpose to meet the goals & objectives of the business by influencing and engaging others across multiple teams.
• Collaborate with all levels of the organization to define requirements and functional specifications, and to analyze and lead requirements and specifications through a solid understanding of the domain and thinking of the supported function.
• Create solutions that work within both IT Strategies and Organizational Strategies and drive the effective utilization of existing tools in the solutioning process.
• Assure conformance to system architecture, methods, standards & practices and promote their creation.
• Bridge the communication gap between technical and non-technical staff to ensure clear understanding of project objectives, deliverables, requirements and expected results.
• Understand the customer (internal and external), anticipate their needs, and give high priority to customer satisfaction while exhibiting professional behaviors.
• Develop functional training and coordinating the on-going functional support, including, but not limited to the development of Business Unit (BU) “super users”
• Own issue / risk identification, escalation, resolution and communication with the project team and functional management including functional leaders.
• Show initiative and prepare for upcoming situations, take advantage of opportunities, act quickly and critically, address issues before they become problems, work independently, and to deliver results aligned with critical deadlines.

Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (finance or accounting preferable)
• Minimum 10 years’ experience within the Business Analysis Domain configuring the J.D. Edwards ERP System with strong knowledge/experience with the General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Manufacturing Accounting, and Fixed Asset Modules.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with Business Intelligence tools and Visualizations.
Preferred qualifications:
• Functional understanding of the application of CI and lean principles preferred.
• BA Certification preferred
• JDE experience with Watchlists, Cafe One, and Orchestrator preferred
Competencies:
• Demonstrated strong functional and configuration expertise with JDE Financials including G/L, A/P, A/R, F/A, Costing, preferably with 9.2 or above tools.
• Aim to continue to learn and grow in the use and application of a variety tools and techniques (i.e. JD Edwards Citizen Developer Tools, third-party reporting, analytical tools, continuous improvement, Six Sigma, etc.).
• Proven ability in Business Intelligence tools including visualizations.
• Demonstrable ability to communicate effectively, engage, and influence teams and functional leaders.
• Ability to write complex business concepts into necessary forms (feasibility analysis, cost/benefit analysis etc.)
• Ability to act proactively and anticipate what is next.
• Contributes to team development and performance to achieve team and organizational goals.
