This Holy place was once a residence. For several years, there was a snake pit in this place. This huge snake pit that is under the temple, has been existing here for hundreds of years…. This temple has become the place where Brahmma Sakthi has appeared as a ray of light on the Divine Mother. Thus Brahmma Sakthi was born and this unique temple was established.

Brahmma Sri Bala Amma is a Sri Vidya Upashakar, which she attained in an ardent way. For the past few decades, Sri Bala Amma has been intensely worshipping Sree Bala Tripurasundhari in the child form.

For the last thirty years, Brahmma Sri Bala Amma has been telling Divine predictions (Arulvakku) every Friday to the devotees,
who come to seek divine solutions to their problems relating to Marriage, Santhanaprapthi, Jobs, business, harmony between husband and wife, education,
Legal disputes, etc. The main object of Brahmma Sri Bala Amma is to render services guidance and support to the devotees without any commercial consideration irrespective of any caste, creed and social strata.
