That is what Sam did when he left his home and possessions and chose to live a life caring for the poorest of the poor - People suffering from all manner of disease and neglect, living in the Leprosy Villages of Southern India. To highlight some of the positive changes that are underway. To encourage people to send clothing and blankets to help people get through the winter living on the streets.
