KALANJIYAM MOBILE APPLICATION
(TREASURIES AND ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT)

Kalanjiyam Mobile App has been launched by Hon’ble Minister for Finance & Human Resource Management on 27/02/2024 in the Integrated Financial Complex, Perasiriyar Anbhazhagan Malligai, Chennai.
This Mobile application facilitates both Employees & Pensioners to check and process the following functions:-
Employees:
1. Leave request & Approval:
a) Leave request can be initiated by the employees
b) The approval by the officers can also be processed in the App.
2. Reports: Employees can download their Monthly Pay slip, Pay drawn particulars and e-SR instantly.
3. Advance Request: Employees can request Advances like Festival Advance, PF Advance, Short term Advance etc., through the app.
4. Pension Proposal Request: Employees can initiate the pension proposal request through the app itself.
5. Profile Update: Employees can update their Mobile No., e-Mail ID, Address & Passport size photograph (for updating in e-SR database)
Pensioners:
1. Digital Mustering: Pensioner can do their Annual Mustering and check the status of Mustering.
2. Reports: Pensioners can download their Monthly Pension Slips, Pension drawn particulars & Form 16.
3. Transfer Request: Pensioner can tender transfer request for change of pension disbursing officer.
4. Profile update: Pensioners can update their Mobile No., e-Mail ID, Address and Single/Joint Photograph (Passport size)
