Day 1 of the National Rover Ranger Carnival 2025 began with high spirits at Hoskote Camping and Training Centre! 🎉
Rovers and Rangers from 11 states were welcomed with special carnival kits and participated in the Flag Ceremony, Integration Session, and lively Ice-Breakers.

The day culminated in a vibrant Inaugural Ceremony, graced by Shri V.S. Prabhakar, President, PER District & CWM/CW/PER.
With 212 participants and the LOC was Shri Mahinder Sharma, LT/R and AD (RD & SA) the Carnival is off to a powerful start! 🌟
