Annai Anbu Ullam for Support A Life is a registered organization working with the most vulnerable groups of children’s especially working for Old person, Fisher Man, Education sector & every type of Physically challenged person. We registered as a public charitable trust in Chennai in 2020. We are working as a team since 2005. Since the beginning, the Annai Anbu Ullam team and children have worked together to a range of programs and activities to fit their needs.

Annai Anbu Ullam Trust So we the youngsters started this trust the main object of the trust is to make “No Hungry India”.

So to achieve this we taken the first step in Chennai by supplying foods to Beggars, People with unsound mind, Handicaps, senior citizens etc…

There was a old village near Gumudipoondi which is underdeveloped…it looks like the place in which India was in 1970.so every month we started to help them by education, clothing, industrial

activities etc…

India, with a population of over 1.3 billion, has seen tremendous growth in the past two decades. Gross Domestic Product has increased 4.5 times and per capita consumption has increased 3 times. According to FAO estimates in ‘The State of Food Security and Nutrition in the World, 2019′ report, 194.4 million people are undernourished in India. By this measure, 14.5% of the population is undernourished in India. Also, 51.4% of women in reproductive age between 15 to 49 years are

anemic.

On the other hand, it is estimated that nearly one-third of the food produced in the world for human consumption every year gets lost or wasted. 40 percent of the fruits and vegetables and 30 percent of cereals that are produced are lost due to inefficient supply chain management and do not reach the consumer markets. While significant levels of food losses occur upstream, at harvest and during post-harvest handling, a lot of food is lost or wasted during the distribution and consumption stages.
