Day 3 of our Summer Camp!!
After a couple of fun icebreakers with the kids, it was time to begin with our sessions. HelpAge India took a very informative session on digital safety, which was then followed by a relaxing session of Chair Yoga led by Mrs. Poornima Vishwanathan from UDHAVI.
We then had the elders drove down nostalgia lane, as they played with, and even taught the children, games they grew up with, such as Pallanguzhi, Aadu Pilli Aatam, Paramapadam and more, with the help of KREEDA! Some of the elders felt like children all over again; it was a true delight to witness everyone so involved in these games!!!!
A wonderful, fun-filled day for sure! Stay tuned for more!!! 😊👌🎊

Summer Camp - Day 2!!!!!
From musical mornings to floral afternoons, the kids and elders enjoyed themselves to the fullest.
A very special thanks to Mrs. Sujatha Chandramohan from UDHAVI for such a joyous singing and dancing session -- seeing the kids and elders forgetting themselves to the music was such a heartwarming sight!
The "Poo Katradhu" Session conducted by Mrs. Meena from Curi Hospital was also a delight for everyone as they worked together to create beautiful flower garlands and frame them to cardboard. We concluded the day with th3 quick, Interactive crash course on Kids' First Aid by Mrs. Bhuvana.
All in all, it was a day to remember!! Stay tuned for the days to come!!!!😊😊😊

Catch a glimpse of an incredibly enthusiastic start to our Summer Camp in collaboration with UDHAVI here at The Dementia Care Foundation, CURI Hosptial.
From interaction to collaboration, the kids and our dear elders truly bonded over creating colorful snakes and ladders boards and fun, competitive games of Goli.
It was truly heartwarming to witness the children warm up to the elders, and this achieved our most intended goal of intergenerational bonding.
Our heartfelt gratitude to Mrs. Lakshmi Krishnamurthy from UDHAVI for facilitating the lovely arts and crafts session! 🎊🎊
