AIMS AND OBJECTS OF THE TRUST:
The objects of Trust are as follows:
a) To render service in the field of Education, Training and Employment, Public Health and Medical Relief to the deserved poor and needy people, free of cost irrespective of caste, creed, colour or religion and the promotion of peace and human understanding. b) To institute and grant scholarships, stipend and render financial aid
s to students and scholars in the computer and technical educational field. c) To render financial assistance to such persons of Indian Origin or resident persons for furthering studies in computer related education and research work either in India by granting scholarships, grants-in-aid or loans. d) To establish, maintain, run, manage and assist in the establishment, maintenance, running, development, improvement and extension of Schools, College of Sciences and Technologies and Polytechnics and libraries and generally all kinds of educational institutions whether general, industrial, technical, vocational, professional, residential or other description whatsoever for the welfare and uplift of the general public to get a gainful employment or occupation. e) To grant donations for the renovation or repair of any such temple, mosque, gurudwara, church or other places as notified by the Central Government in the official Gazette to be of historic archaeological or artistic importance or to be a place of public worship of renown throughout any State or States. f) To open, found, establish, promote, set-up, run, maintain, hospitals, charitable dispensaries, maternity homes, child welfare centers, convalescent homes, sanatoriums, hostels and other similar institutions or centers for rendering or providing medical and other relief to the suffering humanities. g) To open, found, establish, promote, set-up, run, maintain, assist, finance support and/or maintaining, running by monetary gifts or otherwise, centers, stadium, playgrounds and parks for public use sports and games and other social welfare works and/or activities in India or abroad. h) To publish books and papers in India for the spread and advancement of education and culture. i) To purchase, acquire, hold and manage, sell or transfer all or any movable and immovable properties acquired or purchased by the Trust. j) To promote, organize, administer, establish, support, maintain, and/or grant aid to any person, institution or organization whatsoever having for its objects of charitable purposes and to incur expenditure in connection therewith. k) To enter into any arrangement, contract or partnership with any Government Authorities or persons whomsoever and to obtain from any Government, Quasi-Government, Authorities or persons such rights, concessions and privileges as the Trust may think fit or desirable and to obtain, carry out, exercise and comply with any such arrangement, contract, privileges, right or concession. l) To acquire and takeover all or any part of the immovable or movable properties of any society, Trust or Institution or any one whomsoever for the purposes of the society. m) To accept donations, endowments, gifts, devises, bequests (real or personal) grants-in-aid and subscriptions for all or any of the purposes of the Trust on such terms and conditions as the Trust may consider reasonable and fit. n) And generally to do and cause to be done all such lawful things as may be required for all or any of the above objects from time to time
