Turning back to last year, our team proudly represented Kumaraguru Institutions at the District Level Disaster Management Program held from 3rd to 9th October 2024 at Aditya International School, Coimbatore. Over 6 intensive days, they showcased their skills and teamwork, securing 1st place in multiple competitions! 🏆👏
This program was conducted by the Youth Red Cross under the supervision of the District Collector of Coimbatore- Mr. Kranthi Kumar Pati, I.A.S., and Chairperson, Mrs. Nandhini Rangasamy, founder of Chandra Group of Companies.
Guided by our club coordinator Dr. Manimaran, they are now expertly trained in:
⛺️ Disaster management
🩺 Human Anatomy
🚑 Medical First Aid for Emergencies
❤️ Basic Life Support (BLS)
💓 CPR – Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
This achievement has led to the revival of the YRC 24 batch at Kumaraguru.
