PSG-STEP team along with Startups supported under MeitY TIDE 2.0 Scheme participated in the MeitY Startup Hub TIDE 2.0 Pravartan event held on January 19, 2026 at New Delhi.

MeitY Startup Hub TIDE 2.0 Pravartan marked the successful culmination of the Technology Incubation and Development of Entrepreneurs (TIDE 2.0) Scheme, celebrating its impact on India’s innovation and startup ecosystem.

The event was graced by the presence of Shri Jitin Prasada, Hon’ble Minister of State - Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology and Ministry of Commerce and Industry , Shri S Krishnan, Secretary - MeitY, Shri Krishan Kumar Singh, Joint Secretary - MeitY, Shri Arvind Kumar Director General - STPI - Software Technology Parks of India, along with senior government officials, incubators, investors, mentors, and promising startups from across the country.

✨ Design to Disrupt: A Hands-on Design Thinking Program ✨

PSG-STEP successfully conducted the Hands-on Design Thinking Program – Design to Disrupt supported by MeitY Startup Hub, Government of India on January 20–21, 2026, empowering innovators and startups to think differently, solve real-world problems, and build user-centric solutions.

From creativity exercises to structured problem solving, participants explored the complete Design Thinking process — ideate, prototype, test, and refine — with a practical, action-oriented approach.

The programme was led by Mr. S. Balasubramanian, Co-Founder, Idea Rocket, whose expert insights and real-world perspectives enriched the sessions with depth and direction.

Participants actively engaged in dynamic and impactful learning activities and expertly curated case studies, strengthening creativity, collaboration, and real-world problem-solving skills through a truly hands-on experience.
