One day training programme at DRDA conference hall Ganjam for the Registering officers and their staff.
It was an initiative by IGR odisha for imparting training to the field functionaries for enabling them to render hassle free services to the citizens and to enhance the performance under the Mo sarkar charter and 5T initiative of Government .

IGR as an initiative to 6th "T" i.e Tour, made a visit to Ganjam District.Visited DSR office Ganjam at Chhatrapur, Sub-registrar office Berhampur (I) & Berhampur (II) and SR office Kanisi.
During his visit IGR interacted with the officials and the citizens. IGR inspected the various services delivered by the Registration offices and instructed to provide hassle free services to the Registrant public.

On his distant visit to Jagatsinghpur district IGR odisha Sri Jyotiprakash Das visited DSR office Jagatsinghpur, SR offices of Tirtol, NAUGAON, KUJANGA along with Tahsil offices .
He focused on the quick services delivery system both in Registration offices and Tahsil offices. ADM Revenue was also present on the occasion. IGR interacted with the officials and citizens and collected feedback.
IGR emphasised on providing hassle free services to the public at the earliest possible time.

Discussed with SR Shri Santosh Kumar about the procedures of registration of documents like starting from Appointment System,Stamp Duty Calculations, Record Keeping,Capture Photos & Biometrics etc.

IGR odisha visited DSR office cuttack and took stock of functioning of the office.Spoke to the DSR/ staff and the citizens present over there. He visited the Estamping counter . IGR verified various Registrars and took stock of the Record room. IGR expressed his concern on maintenance of the Record room which has records from 1914 .IGR insisted on online submission of documents. Expressed over all satisfaction on the services delivered to the citizens.

IGR visited SR office Balianta today. Interacted with the registrant public and staff of SRO. Discussed various issues and directed the staff to maintain complete transparency in the service delivery system in registration administration.

Now citizen can avail every service of Registration Office from the convenience of home through "Igrodisha.gov.in " Portal.

IN yet another venture IGR Odisha made a surprise visit to SRO Baranga in the District of cuttack at around 5.35Pm.By that time document Registration was completed. IGR verified the documents and interacted with the SR and his staff. On see the present BMV IGR expressed his views regarding setting proper BMV as he felt its less than the actual value. Asked the SR to keep the office and its boundary clean and do some plantation. Random visit to SR /DSR offices shall definitely bring about a chang in the work culture of the offices.

In order to bring about transparency in the administration IGR odisha makes surprise visit to different DSRS/SR offices .
Recently on his visit to Jagatpur SR office IGR interacted with the staff and citizens present there. Basing of his observations action has been initiated and the Headclerk of the office was transferred on administrative ground.

In the afternoon IG Registration visited the DSR office Bhubaneswar and SR office Khandagiri. He interacted with the DSR and SR along with the team of officials. He also went to the Estamping counter. Spoke to the registrant public about their experiences in the service delivery system of both the offices .citizens expressed their concern pertaining to the ambiance and space in the office. IGR assured to take up the matter for having a better office building. IGR shared his mobile number with one Mrs.Swain who was waiting for completing her registration work and asked her to ring him and give her feedback.
