His Excellency the 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐔𝐭𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐤𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝, , Lieutenant General Gurmit Singh, PVSM, UYSM, AVSM, VSM (Retd.) @ltgengurmitsingh graciously called upon 𝐀𝐃𝐈𝐓𝐈 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 & 𝐂𝐄𝐎 𝐏𝐮𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐫, who had the honour of presenting to him the inaugural issue of ADITI Defence & Strategy. The meeting provided an opportunity to present the publication and share its editorial vision as a platform committed to thoughtful, independent, and India-centric discourse on defence and strategy. We are deeply honoured by His Excellency’s generous appreciation of the magazine’s design, curation, and editorial substance. His Excellency also conveyed that he would be pleased to receive future editions of ADITI Strategy & Defence Magazine. We remain committed to upholding, if not surpassing the same standards in the issues to come under the esteemed guidance of our Hon’ble Advisor, Lt. Gen. Sunil Kumar Gadeock, AVSM (Retd.). In a gracious gesture, His Excellency also presented 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗟𝗼𝗿𝗱: 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝘃𝗮 𝗧𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗨𝘁𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗸𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱 to Puneet Parashar, received on behalf of Team ADITI. We are also deeply grateful to Major Sumit Kumar Shadija, ADC to His Excellency, for his kind guidance on the protocol and for extending every support with such warmth and professionalism throughout our visit. His assistance made the interaction especially smooth and memorable. We extend our sincere gratitude to His Excellency for his encouragement, blessings, and support.

इस अवसर पर सैनिकों एवं पूर्व सैनिकों के कल्याण, राष्ट्रनिर्माण में उनकी भूमिका, समाज में उनके योगदान तथा उनसे जुड़े विभिन्न समसामयिक विषयों पर सार्थक चर्चा हुई।

देश की सुरक्षा, अनुशासन, समर्पण और राष्ट्रसेवा की भावना को सुदृढ़ करने में सैनिकों एवं पूर्व सैनिकों की भूमिका अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण रही है।

Today in Shillong, I had the privilege of paying a courtesy visit to Hon’ble Governor of Meghalaya, Shri C.H. Vijayashankar Ji. We had a warm and meaningful interaction on governance, development, culture, and issues of national importance. Meghalaya’s rich cultural heritage, natural beauty, and people-centric development initiatives are truly inspiring.
