बागपत जिले के खेकड़ा कस्बे की एक वीरांगना नीरा आर्य जिसने आजाद हिंद फौज में रहकर देश की आजादी की लड़ाई लड़ी ,सुभाष चंद्र बोस पर गोली चलाने वाले अपने पति को इन्होंने मार डाला ।
भारत की पहली महिला जासूस कहलाई , इससे अंग्रेजों ने इन्हें काले पानी की सजा दी और स्तन काट के इन्हें सजा और प्रताड़ना दी गई ।
आजादी के बाद सड़क के किनारे फूल बेचकर इन्होंने गुमनाम जिंदगी जी ।
