Project Sanjeevani- Phase 4 🪴

Rotary Club of Delhi Shine and Rotaract Club of TIPS, Dwarka organized Phase 4 of our Project Sanjeevani (Tree Plantation Drive)

The event could not have been possible without the generous support of the Rotaractors of RaC TIPS, Dwarka 😇💐🙏🏻

With the Fourth Plantation Drive, our Rotary Club has now planted and maintained 1,100 saplings from July 2025 until now 🌱

🩺 Successful Medical and Dental Check-up Camp by Rotary Club of Delhi Shine 🩺

Rotary Club of Delhi Shine, along with Rotaract Club of TIPS, Dwarka and Apollo Hospitals, successfully conducted a Free Medical Check-up Camp on 17th October 2025 at MCD School, Vasant Vihar, Air India Colony, New Delhi.

The camp witnessed an enthusiastic response from the local community, providing vital health services including:

🦷 Dental Checkup: 220 beneficiaries
👁️ Eye Check-up: 15 beneficiaries
🍬 Blood Sugar (RBS): 53 beneficiaries
🌬️ Lung Function Test: 20 beneficiaries
🦴 Bone Mineral Density Test: 17 beneficiaries

Total Beneficiaries: 300+

Heartfelt thanks to Rtn. Shlok Rastogi (Event Chair), our medical partners from Apollo Hospitals, and all volunteers from Rotary Club of Delhi Shine and Rotaract Club of TIPS, Dwarka for making this camp a success.

Project Saathi- Phase 1 🫂

The club successfully conducted first phase of Project Saathi that focuses on spreading awareness amongst children on good touch and bad touch. The speaker for the session was Ms. Pratima Mehta, a behavioural therapist with experience in community engagement, working closely with marginalised children and grassroots programs.

PROJECT HEATHLON- Mega Health Camp 🩺

✅: Mammography camp and Breast Cancer Awareness Session

The club successfully conducted a free health checkup camp including mammography camp, clinical breast examination, PAP smear test, clinical oral examination, RBS, BP, weight and breast cancer awareness session.

Rotary Club of Delhi Shine has donated 2,000 packets of Adult Diapers at Apna Ghar Ashram, Budhpur. It is an All-Women Ashram at Budhpur which has 400 women residents 🙏🏻

The Drive was conducted on September 14, 2025. The Adult Diapers were sponsored by Rtn. Harsh*t Jain of our Club.

🎀 Breast Cancer Awareness Program 🎀

The session was taken by Dr. Harmeet Goel (Gynaecologist, Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute & Research Center). The session covered importance of early detection and prevention of breast cancer.

More than 100 students and teachers attended the program and actively participated in the discussion.

🩺 Mega Health Camp conducted by Rotary Club of Delhi Shine in collaboration with Amrita Hospital at PM Shri Kendriya Vidyalaya No.3, Faridabad.

7. Mammography Screening

Rotaractors from Rotaract Club of Young Souvenirs and Rotaract club of DAVIM joined us for the Event 🤝🏼

Total 100 registrations overall (28 Mammography Screenings) were conducted at the Camp ✅

Rotary Club of Delhi Shine in collaboration with Rotaract Club of DDL, conducted Mega Health Camp which saw 150 registrations 🤝🏼

Many checkup were conducted including Eye, Dental, BP, RBS, Cardio and ENT Checkups.
