दिल्ली में भी आ गये महिलाओं के लिए अच्छे दिन?

अरविंद केजरीवाल जी की सरकार ने पिंक टिकट के माध्यम से DTC की बसों में महिलाओं को मुफ्त यात्रा करानी शुरू की थी। लेकिन रेखा गुप्ता जी की भाजपा सरकार को यह पसंद नहीं आया।

उन्होंने पिंक टिकट को बंद करके पिंक पास का ड्रामा शुरू किया और महिलाओं की मुफ्त बस यात्रा की सुविधा को खत्म करना शुरू कर दिया। अब इस पिंक पास से एक घंटे में केवल एक बस में ही यात्रा की जा सकती है।

सासाराम से बनारस में पढ़ने गई #स्नेहा_कुशवाहा का सामूहिक बलात्कार कर के उसको मार दिया गया, यहां तक कि उनके परिजनों के पहुंचने से पहले ही स्नेहा के शव को जला दिया गया।

सोचिए यूपी में कानून व्यवस्था का क्या हाल है,अपराधियों को कानून से कोई खौफ नहीं है...

इस घटना ने हमें यह सोचने पर मजबूर कर दिया है कि हम कैसा समाज बना रहे हैं, जहां हमारे बेटियों को सुरक्षित महसूस नहीं होता। यह केवल एक घटना नहीं है, यह हमारे समाज की विफलता है, जो अपनी बेटियों की रक्षा करने में असमर्थ है। हमें इस बारे में सोचने की जरूरत है और हमें खुद से यह सवाल पूछने की जरूरत है कि हम कब तक ऐसे जघन्य अपराधों को सहन करेंगे?

इस अपराध के खिलाफ हमारी आवाजें उठानी होंगी। हमें एकजुट होकर यह संदेश देना होगा कि हम इस तरह के अपराधों को कभी सहन नहीं करेंगे। हमें यह सुनिश्चित करना होगा कि इस निर्दोष लड़की को न्याय मिले और ऐसे अपराधियों को सख्त से सख्त सजा मिले, ताकि कोई भी ऐसा कृत्य करने की हिम्मत न कर सके।

आइए, हम सब मिलकर प्रण लें कि हम अपनी बेटियों को सुरक्षित, स्वतंत्र और सम्मानित जीवन प्रदान करने के लिए हर संभव प्रयास करेंगे। हमारी यह लड़ाई न्याय के लिए है, और हमें इसे हर हाल में जीतना है।

हमारी मांग है की
1. जो भी पुलिसकर्मी इस घटना को दबाने में लगे हैं,जो 9 दिन बाद FIR किया उनको तुरंत प्रभाव से निलंबित किया जाए और इस घटना का जांच स्पेशल इन्वेस्टिगेशन टीम (SIT) बनाकर किया जाए!

2. राज्य में Law & Order के लिए जिम्मेवार राज्य के मुख्यमंत्री अजय कुमार बिष्ट उर्फ योगी आदित्यनाथ इस घटना के लिए सर झुका के देश से माफी मांगे और, साथ ही साथ बनारस से सांसद प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी इस घटना पर स्पष्टीकरण दें

3. इस मामले को फास्ट ट्रैक कोर्ट में त्वरित न्याय के लिए ट्रायल किया जाए!

4. पीड़िता के घर वालों की सहमति के बिना पीड़िता के लाश को जलाने की घटना को अंजाम देने वाले सभी अधिकारियों पर सुसंगत धाराओं में मुकदमा दर्ज करके न्याय संगत कार्यवाही सुनिश्चित हो!

Today we meet the sitting Chairman of Karkardooma Bar Association Advocate Pramod Nagar ji in the presence of our State General Secretary Adv. Amarjeet K Singh Amarjeet Kumar Singh Aisa and submitted AILAJ Delhi Manifesto for lawyers in Delhi election.
We requested the bar association to write a letter to every political party on behalf of the bar to include our manifesto in their Election Manifesto. The Hon’ble Chairman responded in positive and promised that he will be with us in this vital effort of AILAJ Delhi making in the interest of all the advocate.

We also Compaign for the Webinar scheduled on the 1st of February with Hon’ble Justice Abhay S. Oka Sir.

Adv.Danish , Adv. Jyoti Dedha , Adv.Sajid. Adv. Ashok Kumar of AILAJ Practising at Karkardooma District Courts were with us.

AILAJ DELHI Team is Fighting against the discriminatory and dictatorial Notification of Bar Council of Delhi baring Migrant Lawyer’s from Enrollment in DELHI. And a writ petition challenging the notification was filed by comrade Mukesh and Lalit, AILAJ state President. On 08.05.2023 Hon’ble Delhi High court granted interim stay and issued notice. However BCD made submission to reconsider its notification.
