Delhi High Court quashes the expulsion of student activist comrade Nadia, reaffirming that universities cannot silence dissent.
The judgment makes it clear: peaceful protest is not a crime, ideological disagreement is not grounds for punishment, and campuses are meant for critical thinking and not control.
At a time when raising voices is treated as disruption, this verdict stands as a reminder: universities belong to students, not authority.
Nadia wins. Democracy wins. Students win.

They tried to hang a revolution.
But ideas don’t die.
Bhagat Singh, Rajguru, and Sukhdev did not just fight an empire, they challenged exploitation, inequality, and injustice at its roots.
At a time when raising our voices, asserting our rights, and resisting injustice is branded as dissent, remembering them becomes even more urgent.
Today, the same system survives in new forms-
corporate loot, communal politics, and the selling of public resources.
To remember them is not enough.
To resist is necessary.

ON 20TH MARCH 1927, BABASAHEB AMBEDKAR LED THOUSANDS OF DALITS TO THE CHAVDAR TANK IN MAHAD, DECLARING THEIR RIGHT TO DRINK FROM A PUBLIC WATER SOURCE. IT IS IMPORTANT TO ACKNOWLEDGE THAT IT WAS NEVER JUST A FIGHT FOR WATER-IT WAS A BATTLE AGAINST THE VERY FOUNDATION OF CASTE OPPRESSION AND AN EARLY STEP IN THE LARGER BATTLE FOR SOCIAL JUSTICE.

SFI Central Delhi Area Committee (CDAC) Membership Drive
🗓️ 17th March – 21st March
A protest and mass delegation by SFI Delhi against the anti-trans amendment bill 2026 was met with police brutality and mishandling at Jantar Mantar - a space meant for democratic dissent.
As highlighted by Comrade Nadia, Joint Secretary of SFI Central Delhi Area Committee, this shameful act exposes how even designated protest spaces are being denied to students and marginalized voices.
Students and trans persons were pushed and manhandled for raising their voices.
At a time when real issues demand attention, this suppression reflects the government’s attempt to silence students, minorities, and the LGBTQ+ community.
There is no pride without trans rights.
We reject the anti-trans bill.
