Shaping policy that powers progress

On 6th October, Dr.Panneerselvam ( PS ) Madanagopal, CEO, MeitY Startup Hub, joined a distinguished panel at the 16th Annual Edition of India Entrepreneur 2026 for the session “Policy to Progress: Building an Entrepreneur-Friendly India.”

He shared his perspectives on India’s evolving startup ecosystem, the rise of deep-tech innovation, and the emerging opportunities for entrepreneurs in the AI era.

The discussion explored:
~ Simplifying compliance and reducing regulatory friction to improve ease of doing business
~ Bridging the gap between policy intent and on-ground implementation for startups, MSMEs and high-growth enterprises
~ Strengthening access to finance, markets, talent and technology across sectors
~ How the Centre, States and industry can collaborate to build globally competitive businesses and unlock the next wave of economic growth

At the GENESIS Next Gen Coimbatore Edition expo with Niveditha R, Founder, and Vishnu T U, Co-Founder, representing the venture walked us through their CPR competency management platform: an intelligent smart mannequin paired with VR that gives learners real-time feedback on every compression, so the right technique becomes muscle memory before it’s ever needed to save a life.

Supported under the TIDE 2.0 initiative of MeitY Startup Hub and incubated at the IIMV FIELD, AllReal exemplifies the kind of technology-led innovation being nurtured through India’s growing startup ecosystem.

The expo provided a platform for innovators to take their solutions beyond the incubation ecosystem, engage with a wider audience, and explore opportunities to connect, collaborate and create impact.

Applications are now open for GENESIS Pilot 2.0. (Link in Bio)

At MeitY Startup Hub, we are taking the next step towards enabling startups to move beyond innovation in the lab and translate their solutions into real-world impact.

Through GENESIS Pilot 2.0, eligible startups can access funding support of up to ₹40 lakh per startup against eligible Pilot Purchase Orders (POs) / Work Orders (WOs), helping innovative solutions move closer to real-world deployment and adoption.

If you are a startup building a technology-driven solution with the potential to address real-world challenges, this is an opportunity to take your innovation to the next stage.
