Today (07.08.2020) CentralZone EducationDepartment has Organised an Online Virtual Meeting with All Central Zone School Principals/Incharges and School Inspectors through Zoom.
This was the first time when Any Zone in SDMC has planned such type of Principal meeting virtually via video conferencing at this large level, where almost 155 members has attended this meeting at the same time in the great leadership of Zonal Deputy Director Of Education Dr.Surender Rai Bhandoria ji..and technical support and coordination of Sh. Manish Jaiswal (Mentor Teacher, Central Zone).
Meeting agendas were as follows:
1. Maximising Student's Enrollment in Schools.
2. School Management Committee Member's Election and it's proper constitution as per given directions.
3. Adjustment of all funds
4. Smart Classrooms Installation Report and quality check.
5. Fire NOC and Water Harvesting Reports
6. School Safety Committee Constitution.
7. Service Book Updation
8. Long Absent Employees Report
9. Plastic Free Schools
10.Mid Day Meal Fund Distributions.
11. Stationary Collection from the store.
12. Online Classes and E-Learning
13. Attendance app
14. Pending Contingency Bills of schools
15. Posting and allocation of vacant posts in schools
16.Salary, MACP and other service-related matters of employees, etc.
In this meeting our ward Committee chairman Smt.Poonam Bhati ji, Honorable Commissioner sir Sh.Gyanesh Bharti ji, Honorable Director Sir Sh.Shirish Sharma ji, Honorable DC Central Zone, Sh. has also joined this meeting and enlightened and motivated all our principals.
