We are accepting the following📖

*Story books, Novels for the age 5-18 (Hindi or english )
*Workbooks for Hindi and English
*Encyclopaedias
*Any other informative book
*New/unused stationery items like notebooks, pencils, pens, etc.

TWC Fundraiser organised an Open Mic to raise funds for Ms.Tanu (alias name)🌻

Ms. Tanu is a mother of two children who is seeking a divorce from her husband. Her husband has been proven guilty for domestic violence against her and her young children. He is not ready to pay her an alimony. So, she is currently fending for herself and her children by doing multiple jobs. She has a bachelors degree in Arabic language and wants to pursue teaching in the future. However, she needs basic knowledge of English and Mathematics to get the job as a teacher. Being unfamiliar with both the subjects, she now has to bear an additional cost of the fees of her classes and the cost of books.

We were immensely happy to see a lot of people come forward to donate money to Ms.Tanu and help her in her journey as a student, as a teacher and as a single mother!

TWC organised its second offline fundraiser at YourSpace Clubhouse, Kamla Nagar, New Delhi to raise funds for its cause of the month 🌻

Sightsavers is an NGO working to eliminate avoidable blindness and help bring about equality for people with disabilities. They use the donations they receive towards eye care, education and social inclusion initiatives across India.
