The Valedictory Ceremony of Sādhana Saptah 2026 was held today at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi, marking the successful culmination of the National Learning Week initiative under Mission Karmayogi, with Dr. Jitendra Singh, Hon’ble Minister of State for Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, gracing the occasion as the Chief Guest.

Sādhana (Strengthening Adaptive Development and Humane Aptitude for National Advancement) Saptah 2026 witnessed nationwide participation from Ministries, Departments and Organisations, States, Union Territories and ecosystem partners, emerging as a significant step towards strengthening capacity building across the government. Over the nine-day initiative, it set new benchmarks in scale, reach and engagement, reinforcing a culture of continuous learning and institutional development.

The ceremony brought together senior officials, representatives from MDOs, States, Union Territories and ecosystem partners. The programme commenced with an overview of Sādhana Saptah, followed by a film capturing the journey and key milestones of the initiative.

A key highlight of the ceremony was the recognition of leading MDOs, States, Union Territories and ecosystem partners for their exemplary contributions across categories, including participation, course completions, AI learning adoption and institutional excellence, further advancing the objectives of Mission Karmayogi.

iGOT Karmayogi goes global!

Today in Port Louis, the iGOT platform for Mauritius was launched by Hon’ble EAM S. Jaishankar and Hon’ble PM of Mauritius Navin Ramgoolam—a key milestone under the India–Mauritius Enhanced Strategic Partnership.

iGOT Karmayogi—the world’s largest capacity building platform for government officials under Mission Karmayogi is now being offered globally as a Digital Public Infrastructure.

Mauritius becomes the first country to adopt iGOT beyond India, showcasing its potential as a scalable, inclusive model for public sector learning.

Built as an open, interoperable platform, iGOT enables continuous, role-based learning at scale. The Mauritius rollout features 100+ curated courses across leadership, governance, economy, technology, and climate.

Several countries across the Global South are now in discussions with Karmayogi Bharat to adopt iGOT as a DPI for capacity building.
