DWARKA SECTOR-10 F-TEC Skill Development is an initiative by Foresight, formed with a vision to support India to emerge as a knowledge society.

F-TEC is committed to identify and nurture the inner strengths of youth and rural people, so that India can be transformed into a developed nation by 2020.
