When awareness meets action, real change begins. 🌿💚

Mental health is not a conversation we have once a year, it is something we nurture every single day. On Mental Health Action Day 2026, 1QCI came together to do exactly that - reflecting, learning, and committing to meaningful change through open conversations, creative expression, and deep discussions on stress, burnout, and sustainable well-being. Because the workplace should be a space where people truly thrive. 💙
