Team BN NDRF conducted an engaging disaster awareness programme at the School of Social Work & Community Service, Jadavpur University, Kolkata, on 11 April 2026.

A total of 110 participants were trained in CPR, first aid, fire safety, and emergency response.

A team of 13th Battalion NDRF conducted a School Safety Programme at GDC College, Billawar, District Kathua (J&K).

Students and teachers actively participated, gaining valuable insights into essential do’s and don’ts during disasters—helping them stay safe and prepared.

A team of 16th BN NDRF conducted an intensive FAMEX programme at Signature Hotel, Hari Nagar, West Delhi - equipping participants with essential life-saving skills in disaster response, First Aid, CPR, evacuation and rescue techniques.

Safeguard outdoor works from extreme heat
Provide clean, cold drinking water, shade, frequent breaks and first aid when needed to avoid heat exhaustion!
Severe heat exposure can be deadly!
