On 5th June 2026, Mr. Atul Srivastava, Senior Regional Director, PHDCCI, Mr. Keertiraj Singh, Member PHDCCI & Joint Secretary, SAMA and Mr. Amresh Rastogi, Assistant Secretary, UP State Chapter, PHDCCI, met with Mr. Alok Singh, IPS, Director General, PAC- HQRS & SSF, Government of Uttar Pradesh
The objective of the meeting was to brief him about the recent and forthcoming activities of the Chamber and to invite him as the Guest of Honour for the 5th Edition of UFSEC, scheduled to be held on 10th and 11th July 2026.
The Director General, PAC appreciated the Chamber’s efforts towards developing a world-class Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) culture across industries and graciously agreed to participate as the Guest of Honour at the conference. He also shared valuable suggestions to make UFSEC more meaningful and impactful.

Mr. Vineet Gupta, Chairman, PHDCCI Uttarakhand State Chapter, accompanied by Mr. Ritesh Singh , Deputy Resident Director, and Mr. Rajiv Vaid, Resident Officer, PHDCCI Uttarakhand State Chapter, had the privilege of meeting Shri Subodh Uniyal, Hon’ble Cabinet Minister, Department of Medical Health & Family Welfare, Government of Uttarakhand, on 4th June 2026 in Dehradun.
The meeting served as an important platform to apprise the Hon’ble Minister of PHDCCI’s ongoing initiatives and strategic interventions aimed at fostering industrial growth, healthcare advancement, and economic development in the State. The delegation also shared insights into the Chamber’s forthcoming programs and engagement roadmap for Uttarakhand.

, in a virtual interaction convened by Shri Vikramjit Singh, IPS, Commissioner Secretary, Industries & Commerce, J&K, presented a unified industry perspective on the economic challenges emerging from the ongoing West Asia conflict.
Representing the business community, Mr. Vicky, Chairman, PHDCCI Kashmir, and Mr. Rakesh Wazir, Chairman, PHDCCI Jammu Region, highlighted the adverse impact on Jammu & Kashmir’s industrial and trade ecosystem. Key concerns included a decline in export orders, uncertainty in ex*****on of existing shipments and payments, shortages in commercial gas supply affecting the hospitality, healthcare, and retail sectors, and a likely surge in transportation and logistics costs that could impact the competitiveness of Kashmir’s horticulture products such as apples, walnuts, and saffron.
To strengthen industrial resilience amid global energy price volatility, PHDCCI urged the government to introduce a robust solar incentive package, including subsidies, net metering benefits, and tax exemptions on solar equipment, along with ensuring 24x7 uninterrupted electricity supply for industrial units.
The meeting was also attended by Shri Arun Kumar Manhas, JKAS, Director, Industries & Commerce, Jammu, along with industry stakeholders and trade representatives from across the Union Territory. Acknowledging the concerns raised, the Commissioner Secretary assured participants that issues related to logistics support, gas allocation, solar incentives, and power availability would be taken up with the concerned ministries and departments.
The interaction concluded with a shared commitment between the government and industry to work collaboratively towards mitigating the crisis, safeguarding businesses, and enhancing the long-term resilience and sustainability of J&K's industrial sector.
