📢 Inaugural Session & Panel Discussion | National Seminar

The National Seminar commenced with a formal Inaugural Session, setting a thoughtful and inspiring tone for the event.

The session began with the Welcome Address by Dr. P. Thongkhanthang (Convener, Teacher-in-Charge), followed by the Inaugural Address by Prof. Arun Kumar Attree (Principal, Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, University of Delhi).

We were honoured by the presence of our distinguished dignitaries:
• Chief Guest — Prof. Subhash Anand (Head, Department of Geography, University of Delhi)
• Guest of Honour — Prof. V. S. Negi (DUTA President, University of Delhi)

The session concluded with a Vote of Thanks by Prof. Swati Rajput (Shaheed Bhagat Singh College).

This was followed by an engaging Panel Discussion on “Public Health Systems and India’s Developmental Challenges”, chaired by Prof. Nitasha Malhotra (Kamala Nehru College).
