Empowering Advocacy: Visit to NCW!
The Legal Aid Society, CLC, successfully conducted an educational visit to the National Commission for Women yesterday. Our students gained vital insights into women's rights and the current legal issues surrounding them.
Special Thanks to our faculty members, Dr. Kirti Yadav, Dr. Prabhat Kumar, and Dr. Hina Iliyas, for accompanying and guiding the students.

INVITING APPLICATIONS FOR VOLUNTEERS FOR THE NCW VISIT
The Legal Aid Society, Campus Law Centre is organizing a visit to the National Commission for Women (NCW) on 10th April 2026, 1:00 pm onwards.
The objective of this visit is to acquaint the students with the functioning of the statutory body entrusted with safeguarding the interests of women, at the national level.
NOTE:
1. The Google form will be activated on 8th April 2026 at 08:00 PM sharp only for 2 hour.
2. Only limited volunteers will be selected on a first-come-first-serve basis and it is only for
registered members of the Legal Aid Society.
3. If any of the selected students do not turn up for the visit, they will be barred from attending any other future events organized by the Legal Aid Society.
4. The above application is open only to the Bonafide students of Campus Law Centre.
5. 40% of the total available seats shall be reserved for female students.

Our students had the unique opportunity to engage with national-level discussions on technology-driven legal aid and the future of access to justice in India.

OFFICIAL GUIDELINES FOR NATIONAL CONSULTATION ON TELE LAW PROGRAM
All selected students are required to strictly adhere to the following directions for the event scheduled on 29 March 2026 (Sunday) at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi.
EVENT DETAILS:
1. Date: 29th March, 2026
2. Reporting Time: 03:00 pm sharp
3. Venue: Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi
MANDATORY INSTRUCTIONS:
1. All participants are required to attend the event in Strictly Court Formal Attire.
2. No one will be allowed into the venue after 03:15 pm
3. You must carry your Official College Photo ID and Aadhar Card (original) to facilitate entry.
4. Please Arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled session (by 02:45 P.M.)
5. Mobile phones, laptops, tablets, smartwatches, cameras, and USB drives are Strictly prohibited inside the premises.

Justice in Action!
The Legal Aid Society, CLC, successfully conducted a volunteer visit to the National Lok Adalat across Delhi District Courts on 22nd March 2026.
Organised under the aegis of DSLSA, our students gained invaluable first-hand experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and the legal process. It was an invaluable experience for our future legal professionals to observe how cases are resolved swiftly and amicably, fostering a more accessible justice system.
Kudos to all the volunteers and members of LAS for their dedication and commitment to the ideaof "Pay Back to the Society"!
