This is a clear case of short circuit because of loose connection. The major reason for 80 to 90% fires. We could have easily detected the loose connection with thermography, as loose connection heat up. Thermography for electrical circuits is not only useful in big industries as is the presumption but everywhere there are electrical fittings big or small.
