Hon'ble MoS (PP) Dr. launched the CPGRAMS AI-enabled Voice Chatbot at Kartavya Bhawan, New Delhi, today, 30.05.2026.
The Chatbot is a voice interfaced, citizen-friendly, multilingual grievance redressal platform on the CPGRAMS portal.
Dr. Jitendra Singh termed the transformation to the AI-enabled Voice Chatbot as the Democratization of the Public Grievance Mechanism in the nation, showcasing the Government’s unwavering commitment to enhance Ease of Use for accessing public services.
The Chatbot lets citizens lodge grievances simply by speaking, in their own language, through a complete voice-based journey.
It automatically understands the concern and routes it to the correct Ministry/Department, identifying category & sub-category of the Grievances with no complex structures to navigate.
Powered by 's speech & language technologies, it offers a seamless experience across 22 Indian languages under the 8th Schedule.
Built on a secure, self-hosted architecture ensuring data privacy, the Chatbot is a decisive step towards making grievance redressal accessible to every citizen.

Hon’ble MoS (PP) Dr. Jitendra Singh will launch the CPGRAMS AI Chatbot tomorrow, 30 May 2026 at Kartavya Bhawan, New Delhi.
DARPG, in collaboration with Bhashini, has developed the chatbot "SAMADHAN DIDI" that understands citizen inputs, analyzes grievances, and automatically identifies the relevant Ministry, Department, and grievance category, making the grievance filing process more seamless and user-friendly.
A significant step towards leveraging Artificial Intelligence for responsive, inclusive, and citizen-centric governance.

Empowering citizens through effective grievance redressal!
On 27th May, 2026, a total of 12,528 grievances were resolved across Central Ministries/Departments and States/UTs on the portal
Central Ministries/Departments: 8,638 grievances resolved, with the Ministry of Labour and Employment leading at 1,477
Appeals: 2,100 disposed of, with the Ministry of Labour and Employment disposing of the most (471)
States/UTs: 3,890 grievances resolved, led by Uttar Pradesh with 2,028 disposals

States/UTs: 3,272 grievances resolved, led by Uttar Pradesh with 1,287 disposals
