Event Overview:
With the divine blessings of WAHEGURU Ji, the Sukhmani Sewa and Welfare Society orchestrated a grand celebration of Vaisakhi 2026 at the Gurdwara Sri Guru Singh Sabha in Kalyan Vihar. The event not only commemorated the religious significance of Vaisakhi but also marked a significant milestone in community service through various initiatives undertaken by the society.

Attendance:
The Vaisakhi event attracted a large gathering of 500 plus Sangat members from various localities including Kalyan Vihar, New Gupta Colony, Vijay Nagar, CC Colony, Priyadarshini Vihar, Derawala Nagar, Model Town, Gujrawala Town, Mukherjee Nagar, Shakti Nagar, Rana Pratap Bagh, Ashok Vihar, Old Gupta Colony, and many others across Delhi-NCR. This diverse participation underscored the event's significance and its ability to bring together people from different backgrounds in a spirit of unity and harmony. Everyone was served with the Langar Prasad with blessings of Wahe Guru Ji.

Program Highlights:
A Kirtan Darbar held in the Gurdwara Sahib offered a soulful and devotional experience for all attendees, with Bhai Nirmal Singh Khalsa Ji (Hazuri Raagi - Sis Ganj Sahib), Bhai Sahajdeep Singh Ji and Bhai Jaskaran Singh Ji PatialaWale (Hazuri Raagi - Sri Darabar Sahib) captivating Kirtan serving as the main attraction. Additionally, Drawing & Painting Competition was organized for age groups 4-7, 8-11 and 12-15 at the Sahib Kaur Public School in Kalyan Vihar, engaging the artistic talents of the youth and fostering creativity.

Dignitaries:
The presence of esteemed dignitaries added prestige to the event and reflected the community's solidarity and support. Notable personalities such as Delegate of Kar Sewa (Baba Bachan Ji), Sardar Paramjeet Singh Sarna Ji, Shri Ashok Goel Devrah, Shri Vikesh Sethi, Shri Akhilesh Pati Tripathi Ji, Kanwar Karan Singh Ji, Sardar Harvinder Singh K.P., Sardar Kartar Singh Chawla Ji, Vicky Palco Ji, Shefali Manchanda Ji and many others graced the occasion with their presence, emphasizing the importance of communal harmony and collective action towards social welfare.

Amardeep Singh Bobby Ji, Shri Parveen Thapar Ji, Shri Vijay Monga Ji, Shri Pawan Aggarwal actively contributed their sewa for making the event successful.

Ms. Harveen Kaur Ji and Ms. Aastha Malik Ji helped in judging the Drawing & Painting Competition. Tarushi Sharma, Puneet Kaur Lamba, Harman Singh, Bhavjeet Singh Sethi, Eknoor Kaur, Rajveer Singh Lamba and Maahira Sharma volunteered in the organization and managing the Drawing & Painting competition along with entire team of teachers of Mata Sahib Kaur Public School, Kalyan Vihar led by the Principal Ms. Janak Gera Ji. S. Parmeet Singh Goldy Ji from Bakers Lodge, Punjabi Bagh arranged for the refreshment of children participating in Drawing and Painting Competition.

Conclusion:
The Vaisakhi 2026 Mega Event organized by the Sukhmani Sewa and Welfare Society served as a beacon of community spirit, service, and celebration. Through its diverse initiatives and inclusive approach, the event not only honored the religious significance of Vaisakhi but also exemplified the values of compassion, unity, and selfless service inherent in Sikhism.
