📝 Ingredients:
• Green curry paste (50g)
• Coconut milk (300g)
• Tofu
• Broccoli
• Eggplant
• Bell peppers
• Kaffir lime leaves
• Basil
• Salt
• Palm sugar
• Cooking oil (2 tbsp)

👩‍🍳 How to cook:
1️⃣ Heat the oil. Add green curry paste, a pinch of turmeric powder, coriander powder, and cumin powder. Stir until fragrant.
2️⃣ Add coconut milk and cook until slightly boiled and the curry paste is fully cooked.
3️⃣ Season with salt and palm sugar.
4️⃣ Add vegetables.
5️⃣ Finish with tofu, basil, and kaffir lime leaves.

5️⃣ ปิดท้ายด้วยเต้าหู้ ใบโหระพา และใบมะกรูด

นิทรรศการจัดขึ้นภายใต้พระอุปถัมภ์ของสมเด็จพระเจ้าลูกเธอ เจ้าฟ้าสิริวัณณวรี นารีรัตนราชกัญญาเนื่องในวาระครบรอบ 170 ปีแห่งการสถาปนาความสัมพันธ์ทางการทูตอย่างเป็นทางการระหว่างประเทศไทยและสาธารณรัฐฝรั่งเศส โดยความร่วมมือระหว่างสถาบันส่งเสริมศิลปหัตถกรรมไทย , พิพิธภัณฑ์ผ้าในสมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ พระบรมราชินีนาถ , สถานเอกอัครราชทูตไทย ณ กรุงปารีส และ Musée des Arts Décoratifs ร่วมสัมผัสความงดงามของมรดกภูมิปัญญาไทย ผ่านฉลองพระองค์ ผ้ายกโบราณ งานหัตถศิลป์ชั้นสูง และผลงานร่วมสมัยจากนักออกแบบไทยกว่า 200 รายการ ภายใน 7 ห้องจัดแสดงที่ถ่ายทอดบทบาทของเครื่องแต่งกายในฐานะสื่อกลางทางวัฒนธรรมและการทูตระหว่างไทยและฝรั่งเศส

For the first time in history, the exhibition “La Mode en Majesté: Royal Thai Dress from Tradition to Modernity” is now open to the public at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs () in Paris, France.

Held under the patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Sirivannavari Nariratana Rajakanya, the exhibition marks the 170th anniversary of official diplomatic relations between the Kingdom of Thailand and the French Republic.

The exhibition is a collaborative effort between the Support Arts and Crafts International Centre of Thailand (SACIT) , the Queen Sirikit Museum of Textiles , the Royal Thai Embassy in Paris , and the Musée des Arts Décoratifs.

Visitors are invited to experience the beauty of Thailand’s cultural wisdom through royal attire, ancient brocaded textiles, exquisite craftsmanship, and contemporary creations by Thai designers. Featuring more than 200 pieces across seven exhibition galleries, the exhibition explores the role of dress as a medium of cultural exchange and diplomacy between Thailand and France.

Open from today until 1 November 2026
at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs, Paris.
