Our Award Winning Urban Youth Hub Club on Liptrott Road, Chorley will be RE-OPEN on Tuesday 29th September between 6pm - 8pm for young people aged 8-13.

Breaking News!!!!

The doors of our Award Winning Urban Youth Hub Clubs in Chorley & Coppull have received some small funding from the Neighbourhood Fund and will be OPEN AGAIN between 6pm - 8pm for young people aged 8 -13's as from September (Date TBC).

This is great news for us at Freestyle as we will be able to provide a safe, friendly environment, create a Bully Free zone and provide a positive alternative to & for parents to send their children to rather than having them walking the streets and hanging around with older peers.

Starts dates TBC and both will be provided FREE

The Urban Hub at Chorley is now BACK OPEN every Tuesday Night between 6pm - 8pm for young people aged 8 - 13 for Free.

So feel free to drop in and check it out.

As most if not all of our members & followers know we are a not for profit organisation that was and is set up to benefit the Community and provides a number of diversionary activities for young people at times we feel we can make a difference, however until we at Freestyle can gain access to alternative funding and resources ALL of our Urban Youth Hub Clubs and our Mini Hub Club projects have now ended.

Our two Urban Clubs where set up to provide young people aged between 8 - 13 with a safe and friendly environment that created a bully free zone and a positive alternative for parents rather than have their children walking the streets and hanging around older peers.

In september 2014, we ourselves bowed down to pressure from the younger children who wanted to attend our Hub Clubs but due to their age where to young, so we opened up our Mini Hub Club for the children aged 5 - 7.

As our 20 week Mini Hub Club pilot project comes to an end we have engaged with 236 children, our Hub Clubs have engaged with a total of 2,296 young people and last week in recognition of our outstanding contribution to the Community we were presented with a certificate for our Urban Hub Youth Clubs at the Chorley Sports Awards.

So we would like to thank all the young people for attending and the organisations that funded & supported our projects.

The Urban Hub Club Chorley will be opening on Tuesday 1st July 2014 for 8-13's between 6pm & 8pm - Free.

The Urban Hub Club Chorley will be closed for the next few weeks as we look at new ideas, age groups, number of sessions per week and the direction we want the youth club to go.

Many thanks to all of you that turned up tonight in your onesies to enjoy our movie night. The popcorn went down really well and David learned some new skills that he said would help his mum & dad out at home.

This Thursday between 6pm - 8pm at the hub will be a Onesie Movie Night with Free Popcorn so be early coz when it's gone its gone.
