National Service Scheme DRC

The National Service Scheme (NSS) is an Indian government-sponsored public service program conducted by the Government Of India.

National Service Scheme popularly known as NSS was launched on Gandhiji's birthday centenary year 1969. NSS unit of DRC has been very actively involved in community services. The volunteers have been sharing their knowledge, experience, skills and resources with under privilege section of the society particularly the aged, the visually challenged and the slum dwellers. the motto of NSS is "NOT ME BUT YOU".
