Reporting time: 60 minutes before kick off
If a team fails to reach the venue before 50 mins of kick , they shall forfeit the match
Boots and shin pads are necessary. NO OFFSIDES - NO OUTSIDES
Match Duration: 30 minutes. AUTOMATIC LEAGUE SANCTIONS
when a player accumulates 2 cautions in one (1) game, he/she is automatically suspended for the next game. Additional sanctions may be applied if the cautions are a result of misbehavior. b) When a player is expelled from a game (red card), he/she is automatically suspended for the next game. Additional sanctions may be applied if the expulsion is a result of misbehavior. If any player or team official is found to be in heated arguments with the referee or the technical committee, it could result in the team being disqualified from the tournament. Teams can only change the goal keeper once that too authorized by the referee. Teams will also be responsible for the behavior of their supporters at the venue. If the fans of any team invade the field of play, damage any property or behave in any unruly manner, the team whom they support will be banned from participating in the rest of the tournament and from all future tournaments. the decision of the organizing committee in all matters will be final and binding. Rules for Substitution: ROLLING SUBSTITUTION i.e., Game will not be stopped for substitutions. The player to be substituted will come to the side line and change with the player coming in. Until the player going out is not out of the field the player coming in cannot enter. If more than 11 members of a team are present inside the field the referee will call it a foul against the team which is substituting. Above all, the game is to be played in a true sportsman spirit.
