Smt. Minu Shukla Pathak, IRS, Secretary, NCCT, visited MH147 Kamala Nehru Weaver’s Cooperative Society, Chinnalapatti, Dindigul District, Tamil Nadu, and interacted with weaver members while reviewing the society’s activities and achievements.

The society’s dedication to strengthening the cooperative movement, promoting women’s empowerment, and preserving India’s rich handloom heritage reflects the transformative role of cooperatives in creating sustainable livelihoods and fostering inclusive rural development.

Smt. Minu Shukla Pathak, IRS, Secretary, NCCT, visited the Thadikombu Primary Agricultural Cooperative Credit Society (PACS) in Dindigul, Tamil Nadu, and reviewed the impactful cooperative initiatives being carried out for rural communities.

Serving 36 villages and over 29,000 beneficiaries, the PACS stands as a strong example of how the cooperative movement is driving inclusive growth, community welfare, and self-reliance at the grassroots level.
