The 2nd BRICS Culture Working Group Meeting will be held in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, on 4–5 June 2026, bringing together delegates from BRICS nations to strengthen cooperation in the fields of the creative economy, cultural heritage protection, and sustainable development.

In addition to the official discussions, delegates will experience India’s vibrant cultural traditions through a specially curated cultural programme, showcasing the country’s rich and diverse heritage.

Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts , Kala Nidhi Division, in collaboration with Om Books International, is organizing the launch and discussion of the book “Naxal Terror Vanquished” by Tuhin A. Sinha.

The event will be graced by Hon’ble Union Minister of Culture & Tourism Gajendra Singh Shekhawat as the Chief Guest, along with renowned journalist Sudhir Chaudhary as Guest of Honour.
