Lokniti–CSDS, in collaboration with the Political Communication Division of the International Communication Association (ICA), has commenced the three-day training workshop as part of the Second Edition of the Delhi School of Political Communication. In the Bihar Post-Poll Survey 2020, 54% of respondents said they benefited from the Har Ghar Nal ka Jal scheme over the last five years.
Among those who benefited, 43% credited the state government and 40% the central government for the scheme's implementation.
As parties gear up for the upcoming Bihar election, such welfare schemes and who gets credit for them may shape the political narrative.
