Delegates from BRICS countries are arriving at Varanasi for the 2nd BRICS Culture Working Group Meeting, which commences tomorrow. The visiting delegates were received with warm traditional welcome reflecting India’s rich cultural heritage through vibrant folk music and dance performances.

Shri Vivek Aggarwal, Secretary, Ministry of Culture and Chair of the BRICS Culture Working Group, also arrived at Varanasi ahead of the deliberations.
