उत्तराखंड के जनपद पौड़ी गढ़वाल के कोटद्वार स्थित "पार्थ वेडिंग हॉल" में आयोजित जिला स्तरीय कार्यकर्ता सम्मेलन में प्रदेश के पूर्व सैनिक विभाग, कांग्रेस पार्टी के पदाधिकारियों एवं कार्यकर्ताओं ने बड़ी संख्या में भाग लिया।

इस अवसर पर उत्तराखंड प्रदेश कांग्रेस की प्रभारी आदरणीय Kumari Selja जी की गरिमामयी उपस्थिति रही।

पूर्व सैनिक विभाग – कांग्रेस पार्टी के चेयरमैन कर्नल राम रतन नेगी जी ने अपने संबोधन में विकलांगता पेंशन, ईसीएचएस (ECHS), अग्निवीर योजना तथा ब्रिगेडियर मुकेश जोशी जी की हत्या से जुड़े महत्वपूर्ण मुद्दों पर विस्तारपूर्वक चर्चा की।

साथ ही, आगामी चुनावों को दृष्टिगत रखते हुए संगठन के विस्तार एवं रणनीति पर भी विस्तृत चर्चा की गई।

This is a crucial opportunity to abolish the Agniveer scheme, remove the tax imposed on disability pensions, raise your voice against incidents of assault, misconduct, and killings of soldiers in BJP-ruled states, oppose the reduction in ECHS funding, stand against the dismantling of the promotion system in paramilitary forces by the BJP government, implement the Old Pension Scheme in paramilitary forces, ensure equal MSP, and fulfill all legitimate demands including full OROP.

For the rights and dignity of all sections of society — support the Congress Party / INDIA alliance in maximum numbers.

1️⃣ युवाओं व देश के लिए घातक अग्निवीर योजना क्यों लागू की गई?

2️⃣ सैनिकों के इलाज हेतु ECHS योजना का बजट क्यों घटाया गया?

3️⃣ पुरानी डिसएबिलिटी पेंशन व्यवस्था को समाप्त कर 2023 में नई व्यवस्था लागू कर उसे Impairment Relief क्यों बनाया गया?

➡️ जिससे अब रिटायर होने वाले सैनिकों की पेंशन पर इनकम टैक्स लग रहा है।
➡️ और 2023 से पहले रिटायर हुए सैनिकों पर भी टैक्स का बोझ डाला गया — क्यों?

4️⃣ UPA-2 द्वारा पारित पूर्ण OROP आज तक लागू क्यों नहीं हुई? और JCO और जवानों की OROP में विसंगतियाँ क्यों पैदा की गईं?

5️⃣ 1.5 लाख पेंडिंग सैन्य भर्तियों को जॉइनिंग क्यों नहीं दी गई?

6️⃣ पूर्व सैनिकों के लिए केंद्र में 7.7 लाख खाली पद क्यों नहीं भरे गए?

7️⃣ समान Military Service Pay (MSP) क्यों नहीं दी गई?

8️⃣ NFU (Non-Functional Upgradation) अभी तक लागू क्यों नहीं किया गया?

9️⃣ अर्धसैनिक बलों में पदोन्नति व्यवस्था मजबूत क्यों नहीं की गई?और OPS क्यों लागू नहीं किया गया?

🔟 BJP शासित राज्यों में सैनिकों के साथ मारपीट, बदसलूकी व हत्याएं क्यों हो रही हैं? और अब तक Ex-Servicemen Commission का गठन क्यों नहीं हुआ?

मोदी सरकार के झूठे राष्ट्रवाद ने देश में 1 करोड़ से अधिक 'सैनिक समाज' के परिवारों को धोखा दिया है।

दूसरी तरफ़ सैन्य समाज के सभी मुद्दों को पूरा करने के लिए कांग्रेस पार्टी व राहुल जी प्रतिबद्ध हैं।
