MARC Tags, Main Entry and MARC File, for your Library records, all in Rs. 15.00 per record. We also provide Set of Cards(AACR2 format .15.00 per record
Please register for our services by filling the online form below On receipt form from direct transfer of Rs.1000.00, (which is refundable at the time of deregistration), you are entitled to send orders.
Librarians need not catalog. Send only Title/responsibility, edition, publisher statement, extent of item, standard number in an Excel file
Librarians will get the data in MRC file extension, which is downable in any library software supporting MARC format. A facility of printed multiple cards can be availed if they want to maintain a Card Catalog,.15.00 per set of Cards.
Publishers can outsource their pre publication catalog of their document, to enhance their sale.
In present scenario Libraries are equipped with a library software which support MARC21 file with ext, mrc. They prefer to get mrc files along with the books from publishers and distributors.
It is advisable that publishers get cataloging data, for their documents in print, so that they can supply to libraries at the time of executing the order.
Cataloging Data can be printed on a sheet and supplied along with the ordered document
Procedure to send order
1. Send document data in a named Excel sheet, having fields as per below:
1.Title.2.Edition.3.Authors , and collaborators, as they appear on title page,4.Publisher, Place of Publ and tear of Publ.5.Extent of item,6.Standard No,7.Document Type
Kindly send not more than 20 items in a named Excel Sheet. One order may have not more than 5 sheets(100 items). Kindly send one type of Documents in one sheet.
Each sheet may be named as Abr. of the name of Inst/Library followed by Abr. of Type of Doc
For Ex. STR.BKS, JNU.BKS, POP.SER, DU.SER
2. Send photocopy of Main Title page if need be.
3. For serials add following fields.1.Frequency.2.Corporate body,3. Holings
