PM MITRA Park Gujarat Limited has invited Request for Proposal (RFP) for the selection of a Master Developer for the development, operation and maintenance of the PM MITRA Mega Textile & Apparel Park at Vansi, Navsari, Gujarat, through the Public Private Partnership (PPP) model on a Design, Build, Finance, Operate & Transfer (DBFOT) basis.
The project is envisioned as a world-class integrated textile manufacturing ecosystem that will strengthen India's textile sector and attract future investments.

The PM MITRA Master Developer Session, organised by NICDC in collaboration with the Ministry of Textiles at BHARAT TEX 2026, brought together prospective Master Developers, industry leaders and stakeholders to deliberate on the opportunities presented by the PM MITRA Parks in Uttar Pradesh and Gujarat.
The session commenced with Shri Rajat Kumar Saini, IAS, CEO & MD, NICDC, outlining the vision behind the Master Developer-led PPP model and its role in developing integrated, globally competitive textile manufacturing ecosystems.
This was followed by presentations from Shri Anil Kumar Sagar, IAS, on the investment-ready ecosystem at the Lucknow PM MITRA Park, and Smt. Mamta Verma, IAS, who highlighted the infrastructure readiness, sustainability initiatives and commercial opportunities at the Navsari PM MITRA Park.
An engaging stakeholder consultation enabled meaningful discussions on project readiness, investment opportunities and the live Master Developer bidding process.
The session concluded with the address by Smt. Neelam Shami Rao, IAS, Secretary (Textiles), Ministry of Textiles, underscoring the importance of collaborative efforts in advancing India's vision of becoming a global textile manufacturing hub.
