Writing to you on behalf of the Changelooms team at Pravah, New Delhi and requesting you to circulate this email in your network and support us in reaching out to potential candidates for this year's Changelooms LLJ.
We are delighted to share that Pravah and Commutiny The Youth Collective with support from ORACLE and Gravitie Knowledge Services Pvt. Ltd. are inviting applications for the upcoming Changelooms – Learning and Leadership Journey program, 2016-2017.
What is Changelooms Learning and Leadership Journey 2016?
Changelooms LLJ is an inside out leadership journey that encourages, recognizes, supports and mentors young leaders to achieve their potential to lead social change initiatives through exciting opportunities for intensive learning, inspiration, mentoring, visibility, and fund-raising.
Who is it for?
Young Leaders within the age group of 18-35 years running a powerful social change initiative (running on the ground for at least 6 months) working extensively on aspects of education, environment, community development or empowerment of SC/ST communities. The initiatives should also have 'young people' as a major focus group.
Please apply as a team of two people!
Last date to apply: 30th June 2016
The intervention aims to support young leaders in/with:
Deepening one's own sense of self and her/his connect to society
Expand existing youth led initiatives to impact areas of education, environment, community development and ST/SC welfare.
Leading and nurturing a strong team of volunteers and young people
Inspiring the community and beyond.
Visibilising and amplifying their work through a powerful collective
Seed Grant of up to 1.65 lacs
