"ALARMING IRREGULARITIES AND ILLEGALITIES IN BCD ELECTION 2018"

1)No final voter list was published before notification for election was issued as mandated by the Act/Rules.
2)Suplimentery voter list was never published, though unknown persons were allowed to cast vote as per said list.
3) Suplimentery list voters were deprived of their fundamental RT.to contest this election.
4) No terms & conditions, guidelines,rules were supplied with nomination forms to candidates.
5) guidelines were issued after scrutiny of nominations flauded by some restraining others by giving undue advantage to some
6) some candidates were allowed to spend millions Others were restrained again giving undue advantage
7) ballot no.were announced before withdrawal in violation of election sechedule
8) ballot no.were allotted in order of seniority giving under advantage
9)one of original ballot was issued as sepciman ballot, before polling, leading to duplicacy of ballot for bogus voting.
10)No list of Advocates on polling duty was displayed by RO, inviting objections from contestants.
11) Advocates openly canvassing for some candidates were either on crucial duty inside polling booth or appointment as observers.
12) Many compliants of bogus voting where votes were cast before hand by Advocates on duty.
13)No scrutiny of ID,by polling staff.
14)No objections were invited from candidates/public regarding dead persons name in voter list.
15) Ballot papers were allowed to be taken out side the polling area.
16) Duplicate ID cards were used for voting taking advantage of mismatch/multiple votes of same person.
17)there was no secret ballot, leading to trading, purchase & malpractice.
18)No CCTV footage was preserved or provided to police to investigate extent, source, conspiracy in bogus voting by persons caught red-handed.
19) ballot boxes were not sealed as mandated in presence of candidates & signed by some of them.
20) Ballot boxes for 16th March were not sealed as mandated nor empty ballot boxes were shown to candidates before polling started.
21) Many voters were not marked after voting.
22) Favourite candidates were constantly seen inside polling area
23)No record of vote polled was maintained,or announced and provided to candidates on regular intervals
24)No counter checking of identification was made to stop bogus voting.
25) Different announcement of vote polled on 16th March were made (e.g.at 6pm-15k,at 6.30 pm-16k,at 7 pm-17k & finally 17,532)
26) Counting is carried out in secrecy, where same ballot can be shown many times on camera/screen placed outside.
27) Rules were made & bent at whims & fancy for valid votes with out application of mind.
28)No verification of counter slip were carried out despite objection to detect amount of bogus vote making substantial impact on outcome of election result warranting repoll.
29)RO adamant to counting, with out redressal of complaints or objections.
30) completely unfair election to favour a few, CCTV footage not preserved Immediately.
