Akhil Bhartiya Adhivakta Parishad, an RSS inspired forum for lawyers and legal experts held its 3-day annual national meet at Patna in Bihar from December 27th to 29th. Dr Manmohan Vaidya, Akhil Bharatiya Prachar Pramukh, of the RSS during his valedictory address called for an improved system in justice delivery and said ‘Justice for all’ is the need of the hour.

The Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) held its annual apex body meet at Hyderabad on Dec 27 and 28th and announced a new working team. RSS SarKaryavah Suresh Bhaiyyaji Joshi inaugurated the 2-day meet and chaired the proceedings.

Shri Ram Janmabhoomi has been a people’s movement right since 1528 when Babur’s commander Mir Baki destroyed the temple. We need to refute and refute very strongly that the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi issue was raked up only during 80s by the RSS and VHP to gain political power. Right since 1528 Hindus have constantly surged ahead in their fight to secure the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi site.

Khudiram Bose (3 December 1889 – 11 August 1908) was a Bengali revolutionary, one of the youngest revolutionaries early in the Indian independence movement. At the time of his hanging, he was 18 years, 7 months 11 days old.It was this hero who threw the first bomb on the British who were crushing India.

Reason for throwing bomb and Kingsford's cruelty

On the 26th of August 1907, when a case was going on, thousands of youths had gathered as usual before the court.They were silent, and created no trouble.However the Police started beating the young men with lathi. Sushilkumar Sen, a boy of fifteen, who was standing at a distance, could not bear the sight.He suddenly pounced on the Englishman and struck a powerful blow on the nose of the Englishman.Then other policeman came up, arrested and took him to the court.The magistrate who conducted the trial was Kingsford, notorious for his cruelty. He ordered a punishment of fifteen lashes.They mercilessly gave him fifteen lashes.At every stroke, he cried 'Vande Mataram'!

The Vow of Revenge

Long before this the revolutionaries had thought of teaching a lesson to Kingsford, who was a monster in human form. The punishment, which he gave to Sushilkumar Sen, added to their fury. As long as Kings- ford lived, he was a menace to the patriots. Hence they decided to kill him.

In 1908, the revolutionaries made a plan to kill him.They selected Khurdiram and Profulla,another young boy. It was on the night of April 30, 1908 Khudiram and Profulla Chaki approached the European Club at Muzaffarpur, with a revolver and a bomb. They hid waiting for Kingsford to come out. They threw the bomb on the carriage. Without waiting to see what would happen next, Khudiram and Profulla fled in different directions.

Kingsford was not in the carriage but his wife and daughter were in it. A trial was carried out for two months on this Muzaffarpur bombing and other charges of bombing carried out by him.Khudiram was sentenced to death for the murder of women and children. The sentence was carried out, and he was hanged on August 11, 1908. Legend says that as he was hanged he was still smiling.

Not only did Khudiram himself became immortal, but he also inspired others by his sacrifice, to become immortal. In course of time, thousands of young men and women followed in his footsteps.

परमपूज्यनीय सरसंघचालक श्री मोहन भागवत जी ने राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ, उतराखंड द्वारा पतंजलि योगपीठ में आयोजित 'नव सृजन शिविर' में युवा स्वयंसेवकों को संबोधित किया |

अपने संबोधन में उन्होंने कहा कि तरूण माने युवा और युवाओ में जोश होता है | जिसमें जोश नहीं होता व तरूण नहीं, परन्तु जोश से भरे युवा होश न खोयें, इसके लिये निरन्तर स्व-नियंत्रण का अभ्यास करना पड़ता है | इसीलिये कहा जाता है जिसकी अपने शरीर पर पकड़ ढीली हो, वह बूढ़ा है | इसलिये युवा का तात्पर्य है स्व पर पूर्ण नियंत्रण | तरूण का अर्थ उम्र से नहीं बल्कि उत्साह और ऊर्जा से है और भारत को परम् वैभवशाली बनाने के लिये तरूणाई की उर्जा अनिवार्य है | उन्होंने प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के अमेरिका दौरे का उदाहरण देते हुए कहा कि उन्होंने पूरे अमेरिका भ्रमण में अपना नवरात्रि का व्रत चालू रखा और पूरा संयम बरता | यह संयम का बड़ा उदाहरण है | दुनिया की सारी लड़ाइयां संयम के दम पर ही लड़ी और जीती गई हैं |

उन्होंने कहा कि तरूणों में स्वार्थबुद्धि का होना स्वाभाविक है, लेकिन यह पशु प्रवृत्ति है | मनुष्य होने के नाते इस पर नियंत्रण होना आवश्यक है | पशु को जहाँ भोजन नहीं मिलेगा, वह स्थान छोड़ देता है, भले ही वह उसका देश हो | लेकिन मनुष्य के मन में दूसरे के दुःख के प्रति संवेदना होती है, अपने देश के प्रति प्रेम होता है, वह सिर्फ भोजन के लिये देश नहीं छोड़ता वह उसके लिये अपना जीवन लगाता है | मनुष्य होने के नाते इस पर नियंत्रण होना आवश्यक है |

पूजनीय सरसंघचालक जी ने स्वयंसेवक का मतलब बताते हुए कहा कि स्वयंसेवक का अर्थ है पहले स्वयंसेवा के लिये प्रस्तुत होना और बाद में अपनी सेवा से दूसरों को प्रेरित करना | प्रत्येक स्वयंसेवक को ध्यान रखना चाहिये कि उसे नरपशु की बजाय नारायण बनने की साधना करनी है | अपने स्वार्थ की बजाय समाज के स्वार्थ की चिंता करनी है |
